Summary: I've attended chef's classes in Italy, Napa and Aspen and I've always learned a lot that made me a better home cook. Chef Steven delivered a cooking class and demonstration + dinner that was well thought out, extremely informative, well organized and on par with those elite cooking classes (at a fraction of the price and in a homey atmosphere, which was amazing). I would highly recommend it if you'd like to elevate your grilling game (not the same as BBQ turns out!) and want to have a delicious experience!

Summary: Chef Steven was a great instructor and host! We learned a lot about how to get the perfect grill and three different preparation methods. We’ve already implemented what we learned at home. This was lots of fun and a delicious meal!

Summary: Chef Steven puts on a master class on the art of Grilling (not to be confused with BBQ) starting with the basics of what grilling is, and isn’t, and the science behind the different techniques. From start to finish this was a wonderful experience with excellent food, and good conversation. Chef Steven has a really varied background and incorporates teaching methods with cooking. 🧑‍🍳 Highly recommend this experience
